About Foster Care Adoption  

Homebound is a private child placing agency that contracts with the state to find permanent homes for waiting children in Texas foster care system.  There are no fees to adopt from the foster care system regardless of which agency you work with.          

Children waiting in foster care have been removed from their homes due to abuse or neglect and their biological parents have had their rights terminated.  Our goal is to find each child or sibling group a permanent home.  Children in foster care are of all ages and ethnicities and many are of sibling groups.
